Couch to 5K course.

We are pleased to announce that YKH is putting on a Couch to 5K course for the first time. Created and organised by qualified coaches, this 8 week programme will guide and support runners to run 5km. It's designed both for new runners, and those who haven't run for a while and want to get back into it. The sessions will be on Tuesdays at 6:30pm from 6 June up to 25 July, with a graduation parkrun on 29 July at York. An absolute classic of a race, with runners  ascending Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. Conditions were good this year, not too hot or cold and no wind.
