A Few Races for your Diaries

Online entry for the Eccup 10 mile on 13 July has opened. This very popular race, now in its tenth year, attracted nearly 900 entrants last year.  It's run entirely on closed roads in an around Eccup and Adel in north Leeds.  Check out last year's race review to see what runners made of it. 2014 National Cross Country Championships – report

English National Cross Country Championships at Wollaton Hall and Deer Park Nottingham. 22nd February. http://youtu.be/4qSPz5oEnkg Great running from our Ladies and Men at the Nationals , a fantastic event with good  running in the  parkland of  Wollaton Hall (except the muddy  bit later in  video!). Our Ladies did tremendously well finishing as 36th team of 83 to finish.
