Wednesday 14th June @19:15 – Tom’s Bransdale 12km/400m BM

The Bransdale race is highly recommended and is named after a YKH club member who sadly died of cancer, so it is always great to have some good Knavesmire representation at this race.
For £7 you will have a great evening’s running in fantastic scenery, one big hill to start  then mainly downhill fun with a few dips and smaller ups along the way.
Please speak to our Fell guru Tom Racliffe, one of the Fell Running contingent or join the Knavesmire Fell and Off Road Running Whatsapp group if you need any info.

—Duddon Valley Fell Race.    ( FRA English Champs counter)

The Long Duddon is a classic fell race covering 18 miles around the head of the Duddon Valley with 6000ft of climb over Harter, Hardknott, Little Stand, Swirl How, Dow Crag, White Pike and Caw.
