Cross Country season is almost here , exciting competition , team camaraderie, a good way to keep your running going through the Winter and great conditioning to give you the strength to meet your goals for next year.
Pre- Christmas it’s the West Yorkshire League and then in early 2018 it’s the Championship races, the Yorkshire, Northern and National Champ’s.
With the the thunderous National Championships being held in London ( once every three years ) on Parliament Hill this is a Cross Country season not to be missed.
Starting with West Yorkshire Cross Country (XC) League.
The series which is run over 4 races with the men’s distance a/p 10k and ladies a/p 5k.
The cost for entering the series is £15.00
RACE 1 Saturday 14th October WAKEFIELD
RACE 2 Sunday 29th October Nunroyd Park (Leeds)
RACE 3 Sunday 19th November Spenbrough
RACE 4 Saturday 9th December Keighley
